• 90-day comfort optimization period after an installation: we return once within 90 days to adjust settings, airflow and placement if the system is not performing the way we said it would.
• One-year workmanship warranty on repairs, covering the specific work we performed.
• 30 days on cleaning visits: if a documented cleaning result is not what we recorded, we come back and re-clean at no charge.
• Manufacturer warranties registered on your behalf, with the maintenance record you need to keep that coverage valid.
• Written scope and price before we start. Any additional work is documented and waits for your approval.
• Before-and-after photos and written findings on every visit, kept in your equipment record.

Warranty coverage applies to our workmanship, not to pre-existing equipment faults, damage from other trades, or systems altered after our visit. Parts and equipment carry the manufacturer's own warranty terms.
