Maintenance questions

What is the difference between maintenance and cleaning?

Maintenance focuses on technical performance checks and documentation. Cleaning focuses on removing dirt and buildup. Combined visits are available and usually the best value.

How often should maintenance be done?

Once a year for most systems. Multi-zone systems and heavily used systems benefit from a consistent annual schedule with a service record.

Does maintenance cover repairs?

No. Maintenance is scheduled care and documentation. If we find a fault, we document it and explain your repair options before any additional work begins.

How we keep the scope clear

Work outside the selected service scope is never performed without your approval. If we find something else, we document it, explain the options, and wait for your go-ahead.
