What is the difference between maintenance and cleaning?
Maintenance is performance checks and documentation. Cleaning removes dirt and buildup. Booked together is usually the best value.
How often should maintenance be done?
Once a year for most systems, on a consistent schedule with a service record.
Does maintenance cover repairs?
No. Maintenance is scheduled care and documentation. If we find a fault, we document it and explain your repair options before any additional work begins.
No surprises
Work outside the selected service scope is never performed without your approval. If we find something else, we document it, explain the options, and wait for your go-ahead.
