Diagnostic questions
What does the $250 diagnostic visit include?
Review of your pre-visit information, equipment identification, symptom confirmation, error-code verification, operational testing within the approved scope, and written findings with clear options.
Will the repair be done during the same visit?
Sometimes. Simple repairs within scope can often be completed with your approval. Parts, refrigerant and major work are quoted first and approved before any additional labour begins.
Can you always find the fault in one visit?
We do not promise that. Intermittent faults can require monitoring or a return visit, and we will tell you honestly if that is the situation.
How we keep the scope clear
Work outside the selected service scope is never performed without your approval. If we find something else, we document it, explain the options, and wait for your go-ahead.
Safety first. Do not open electrical panels, remove equipment covers, touch wiring, or attempt refrigerant repairs. If you smell burning, see sparks, hear loud electrical buzzing, or observe a serious leak or unsafe condition, stop using the system and contact a qualified technician.
