Error code intake

An error code on the display? Let's read it properly.

The same code can mean different things on different models. We match codes only against verified manufacturer documentation — otherwise a technician reviews the code with your equipment.

Do not open electrical panels, remove equipment covers, touch wiring, or attempt refrigerant repairs. If you smell burning, see sparks, hear loud electrical buzzing, or observe a serious leak or unsafe condition, stop using the system and contact a qualified technician.

Look up your error code

We only publish code meanings that match verified manufacturer documentation for your model family. If we cannot confirm it, we will not guess — a technician reviews the code against your equipment.
